Custom Nameplates & Orders
What materials do you use for your custom nameplates? Our signature custom nameplates are crafted with a rich, high-polish 18k yellow gold finish to ensure a stunning, long-lasting shine.
What fonts are available for custom names? We specialize in elegant, flowing scripts. Our most popular and highly requested style is the beautiful "special " font.
How are your custom pieces made? We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Each custom piece is expertly designed and brought to life using precision 3D printing and laser engraving for a flawless finish.
Can I see what my nameplate will look like before buying? We are currently developing a live preview feature for our website! Soon, you will be able to type in your name and instantly visualize your custom design before adding it to your cart.
Shipping & Production
How long does it take to make and ship my order? Because every custom nameplate is made to order specifically for you, please allow [1] to [2] business days for production. Once your piece is perfectly polished, standard shipping takes an additional [3] to [5] business days.
How can I track my order? As soon as your jewelry ships from our Los Angeles headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns on custom jewelry? Because personalized items are custom-made specifically to your design and name, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order? Once an order is placed, production begins very quickly. If you need to make a change (such as correcting a spelling), please email us within [24] hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
Jewelry Care
How do I keep my jewelry looking new? To maintain the rich gold color and high-polish finish of your jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Gently wipe your piece with a soft microfiber cloth after wearing it to remove natural oils and keep it shining.
